Mark your calendars, the football & cheer season officially begins on Monday, August 5!
Tackle football players - There is a minimum of ten (10) hours of conditioning practice before the first
participation in any physical contact with other players. This 10 hours is the basis for the first week of practice.
Cheerleaders - New this year, there is also a minimum of ten (10) hours of practice before participating in stunts where flyers are above the prep/shoulder level. This pertains to all positions including bases, spotters and flyers. This 10 hours is the basis for the first week of practice.
All - All players and cheerleaders will need to have a current physical dated 8/2/2023 or later. Physical paperwork must state the athlete can participate without restriction, is free from communicable disease and be signed by a provider (FNP, PA MD).
